William W.
William is a 4th year Tufts Health Justice Scholar MD candidate applying for residency in psychiatry with experience in culturally cognizant counseling, community service, and social advocacy work.
He engages with high school, college, and graduate school students to explore and prepare careers, offering guidance from crafting personal statements to promoting healthy well-rounded individuals.
Having provided mental health support as an undergraduate counselor, studied art history abroad in London, completed an externship in plastic surgery, and is currently researching dismantling racism in healthcare, William has a deep understanding in the Art of Medicine, applying his humanities studies to career in the sciences.
His laid back yet passionate approach to mentoring comes from working with a range of personalities, striving to refine the aspects that make each person exceptional.
